The early years... Mikayla was accepted and awarded a scholarship to the prestigious boarding high school, Walnut Hill School for the Arts where she majored in musical theatre. She then moved to New York City only a short month after graduation where she continued her musical theatre training at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. In addition to acting, Mikayla has extensive vocal and dance training to aid her natural stage presence and performance ability.
